Subscription Plans
Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time
- Refunds for annual subscriptions are provided on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days
- After 30 days, no refunds are available, but you retain access until the subscription expires
Credit Packages
Purchased Credits
- Credit package purchases may be eligible for a refund within 30 days if less than 10% of the purchased credits have been used
- Non-refundable payment processing fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from the refund amount
- Refunded credit packages will be removed from your account balance
- Unused credits expire based on the package or plan (typically within 30 days)
- If you experience technical issues that prevent credit usage, please contact support
Failed Generations
- If an image generation fails due to a system error, your credits will be automatically refunded to your account
- Failed generations due to content policy violations are not eligible for refunds
Lifetime Access
- Lifetime access purchases are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase
- Within the 14-day period, refunds may be requested if no credits have been used

- Provide your account email and order details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in the following cases:
